As promised, our second BIN END tasting with 3 more discounted wines on the tasting table this Saturday:

WHITE WINE
- CLOS VAL BRUYERE, CASSIS '04 (£9.99, BUY ONE GET ONE FREE!*): Rich, peachy nose with hints of honeysuckle and honey continues on to the palate and is complemented by toasty, brioche flavours. From a tiny area of wine production near Marseille. Can partner richly flavoured foods such as cheese.

ROSE WINE
- COUR SAINT VINCENT 'LE ROSE DE CAMILLE' '08 (Was £8.99, NOW £7.19*): A lovely subtle rose which is also refreshingly crisp. Its light body shows aromas and flavours of strawberries, red fruits and cream plus subtle shortbread hints. Delightful! Enjoy with shellfish, salmon or just yourself!

RED WINE
- DOMAINE DU POUJOL 'PODIO ALTO' '05 (Was £12.99, NOW 10.39*): Duncan helped plant the Syrah in this red, so obviously it's top notch stuff! This deliciously fullsome beauty displays cinnamon, black pepper and ripe berry fruit on the nose and palate, with a touch of vanilla. Smooth and beautifully rounded - yummy. Perfect with warm winter stews.
