FREE 'TOUR DE FRANCE' WINE TASTING - SATURDAY 31 JULY 2010

We know the Tour is over, but join us this Saturday, 12.00pm - 3.00pm for a final taste of France to round off the month.

WHITE WINES:
- BEAUVIGNAC CHARDONNAY: An award-winning southern French Chardonnay that has hints of superior white Burgundy. Crisp and fresh with lemon, subtle hints of grapefruit and lime marmalade.
- VIEUX PARC SELECTION WHITE: We don't try this for a while and then marvel at how good it is! 8 months in barrel give a toasted hue which is beautifully complemented by delicate honey and exotic and white fruit flavours on the palate.

RED WINES:
- VIEUX PARC 'ALOUETTE': Try this 'Bordières'. A Bordeaux-style wine from Corbières. Bursting with black fruit flavours, this is medium-bodied and beautifully balanced.
- COUR SAINT VINCENT 'CLOS PRIEUR': So gorgeously smooth you could fall asleep in it! A superb mouthful of spice, toasty cassis, dark fruits, leather and mulberry. Well balanced tannins and great length.
