SPARKLING WINE
Landreau Rosé Crémant de Loire: Grapes – Grolleau, Cabernet Franc. Origin – Loire, France.
Aromas of redcurrants, cranberry, blackcurrant and pastry lead to a slightly off-dry palate, balanced by fresh acidity, with an herbaceous edge to the bright red fruits. Effortlessly light-bodied and crisp.
Great with… seafood, smoked salmon, and Christmas mornings.
WHITE WINE
Collequieto Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico: Grape – Verdicchio. Origin – Marche, Central Italy.
Ciao bella! Crisp and fresh with a nice roundness of flavour, this bursts onto the palate with lots of lime and apple and an almost salty citrus note and stone fruits.
Great with… seafood, salads, fish, the big bird, smoked salmon.
Sensale Bio Grillo (organic): Grape – Grillo. Origin – Sicily, Italy.
Super Sicilian white using the Grillo grape variety. It has bright and juicy green apple, white peach and honeydew melon aromas that continue onto the refreshing palate with a tang of grapefruit.
Great with… seafood, smoked salmon, light pasta dishes, canapés, and Boxing Day fry-ups.
Les Roches Saintes Picpoul de Pinet: Grape – Picpoul. Origin – Languedoc, France.
Crisp and dry, this is classic Picpoul, with refreshing lemon and apple fruit flavours and that ripeness you get from the sunny South of France. Great with… seafood, fish, turkey, goose, chicken, beef, venison, sausages, and cheese.
Saint Pourçain Blanc Premier: Grapes – Tresallier, Chardonnay. Origin – Haute-Loire, Central France.
Made in stainless steel, this is a ‘cactus-fresh’ white from central France, with lots of citrus fruit and nice herbal and nutty notes; a great aperitif wine being light in alcohol.
Great with… seafood, smoked salmon, sausages, fish, chicken, turkey, goose, and cheese.
Chateau du Donjon Blanc: Grapes – Roussanne, Vermentino. Origin – Near Carcassonne, Minervois, South of France.
A lovely minerally mouthful which is really tangy and fresh with tropical and citrus fruit such as passionfruit and grapefruit plus notes of Poire Williams.
Great with… beef, chicken, turkey, goose, nut roasts, tapenade and cheese, and Christmas Eve fish dishes.
RED WINE
Santa Tresa Rina Russa Frappato: Grape – Frappato. Origin – Sicily, Italy.
With a bouquet that alternates between strawberries and sweet spices, this elegant red is full of delicious summer fruit flavours.
Great with… turkey, goose, poultry, pasta, fish stews, mushroom risotto, and spicy food.
Perinitza Pinot Noir: Grape – Pinot Noir. Origin – Romania.
Soft and silky with fresh red berry fruit flavours and aromas that, with age, develop into pleasant ‘earthy’ notes. Light and fruity, a really enjoyable wine!
Great with… grilled salmon, mushroom pasta/risotto, beef wellington, roast beef, goose, turkey, and Boxing Day curries.
Son Vich de Superna Expresión: Grape – Tempranillo. Origin – Mallorca, Spain.
Produced from organic Mallorcan mountain vineyards giving a really rather pleasing mouthful with buckets of juicy red and black berry fruit flavours; this is elegant, bright and rounded.
Great with… beef, venison, lamb, cheeses, Boxing Day curries, and dark chocolate.
Domaine du Vieux Parc 100% Marselan: Grape – Marselan. Origin – Corbières, South of France.
This is a cracker, with a lovely mouthfeel and big structure giving a nice richness to the dark cherry and berry fruit plus notes of spice. The French call this ‘très buvable’, we call it ‘dangerous!
Great with… cold meats, cheese, Boxing Day casseroles, beef, venison, turkey, goose, and grilled meats.
Lionel Osmin Cœur de Malbec Cahors: Grape – Malbec. Origin – Cahors, Lot valley, South-West France.
Deep and hearty mouthful from the Lot Valley, this is definitely the Dark Side of The Force! A good drinking wine yet has great depth to the blackberry, blueberry and cassis flavour.

PORT
Eirados Ruby Port: Grapes – Mourisco Tinto, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Cão, Tinta Francisca and Tinta Barroca. Origin – Douro, Portugal.
