When we first tasted Etna Bianco we loved its ‘cactus-fresh’, citrus and mineral character. It’s a wine with a true sense of place due to the grapes being grown on volcanic soil at high altitude. This organic example from Setteporte is no exception and is lovingly produced from a single hectare (N’ettaro) on the southern slopes of this majestic volcano.
