Named to commemorate Sir Ian Botham’s maiden test century, this Pinot Noir has been aged in French oak for complexity, and has notes of Burgundy with red cherry and wild raspberry fruit, subtle floral notes, spice and dried herbs balanced by elegant tannins and long length.
