This second release of the distillery’s whisky is 46% abv, and 100% authentic… hence the name ‘Hearach’, meaning ‘from the Isle of Harris’. Aged for at least 5 years in bourbon and sherry casks, it is lightly peated and gives flavours of flora, fruit and island flair.
