Description

Appearing straw yellow in color with super-elegant, linear and beer-fresh aromas of citrus, lime, nuts, butter and crushed stone. On the palate the medium-concentrated fruit is offset by a crisp acidity and a long, flinty and almost salty finale.

Great with… langoustines, mussels, flaky white fish.
