Duncan harvested here in 1992 and 1996 and well remembers the steep granitic slopes (overlooking Kaysersberg) which give a superb finesse and purity to the wines so you get classic apple and citrus flavours with a lovely fresh minerality.
Great with… pork, fish, goats cheese
