Matured using a special freezing process, this mahogany dark beauty has a soft, elegant body and great intensity. Flavour-wise, we got spicy flavours of plum, banana and clove along with a hint of bitter almond and marzipan.

Great with… crepes, dark chocolate, tiramisu and fully ripe parmesan cheese.
