This sweet Marsala will work wonderfully as a cooking ingredient, but don’t just put it in the cupboard until you need it for a recipe! It makes a wonderful accompaniment to cheese and chocolate with its aromas of dried figs, sultanas and caramel and round, soft palate with fresh notes of dried fruit, nuts and honeysuckle.

Perfect with… Stilton bruschetta (cheese on toast), chocolate, biscotti
